Cancellation Policy:
- Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, so please be on time.
- A 24 hour cancellation notice is kindly required and appreciated.
- Please make sure that you call as soon as possible if you need to cancel for any reason.
- A 50% missed appointment fee may result for missed and no show appointments.
SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS:
- Your appointments are important to me, so I want to make sure your time is valued as well as my other clients that are scheduled that day.
- PLEASE arrive at your scheduled appointment time. I schedule clients far enough apart so you shouldn’t have to wait, but coming more than 5 minutes early takes away time and attention from the client in the chair before you. Each clients deserves my full attention during their scheduled time. I am a small, one chair salon; so coming early to your appointment will not get you seen any sooner.
- Please be courteous; more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling your date and time.
- For new clients scheduling an appointment for a color or texturizing service, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of scheduling. This deposit needs to be paid on a credit card so we then have a card on file should we need to carry out any no show or late policy.
- I recommend making your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure that preferred appointment times are available.
- I accept cash, personal checks, Venmo, PayPal, debit and Visa/MasterCard.
